Horrible work culture in operations.Acute staff shortage,every employee works till 9/10pm.HR has no role at all and blind to all these,i guess they never heard of something called work life balance.Poor IT and infra,one or other staffware is always disfunctional.Biggest regret of my life.Promotion takes way too long even if you get good rating.
