They have dominated work culture and don't any security of job

Dislikes

There was I got improper training as new joiner and trainer and on floor working staff is nooncooperative.i had to adjust myself .and there is lots of politics in staff on floor.I didn't got salary at once as mentioned over joining latter

I got offer from Infosys as associate consultant and currently working as Wealth manager for HDFC bank. Is job security there in Infosys?

The scenario is here in HDFC, they are forcing us to join operations team and reducing our salary from 14lpa to 8.5lpa. While Infosys is offering 10.5lpa. What should I do as I think the in hand salary will be similar in both the companies. Worried about job security in Infosys.
