Good work environment and supportive colleagues. Great team very supportive. A lot of learning... Work pressure is there but Good work life balance.

Dislikes

Only one complaint from management and HR Team, they are not paying well to their loyal and good employees. The salary is less then minimum salary ratio as compared with other banks. Very disappointed on this point. Many employees leaving the company each day due to same reasons.

Not an idle place for Sr managers or Managers or below grades as there is no scope of learning and growth. Very outdated methodologies and approaches adopted by senior management who are sticking here for 15 to 20 years & more Too much politics and favouritism within Financial accounting group department The functional head of department favours one segment of department while unfavouree Unit head (IGAAP) in-turn likes to favour his favourites 😘 within team assigned to him No clarity and transparency in appraisal to quality of work or resources Only senior management want they be speaking and be heard esp Functional head of department and Unit head of IGAAP who never lets lower grades to grow or learn or explore Senior management can get fuel compensation even while WFH during pandemic lockdown, but they have wierd reason to postpone promotions of manager level and below grades that due to covid stress some names which were due for promotions got struck off Backbiting and cussing within IGAAP because of 2 desperate individuals, long settled here, thinking everyone is there to grab their position or stop their growth...Read More
