High Compliance conscious but Very Dictatorial type of leadership. Leadership Roles are quite remunerative but lower levels need to suck upwards to succeed.

Dislikes

No training & Development, No Vision to the organisation, No Career progression or development. Very old and tenured staff who are no good outside the organisation and hence Organisation is full of inefficient staff
