Worst culture ! Mental Harassment at workplace from seniors & supervisors,when one is not able to meet sales objectives,no flexible work hours especially for operations staff in branch banking even if all activities are completed,they force you till night to stay and again sales meeting and same foul languages

Overall is good but, promotion is totally depends upon your supervisor, not on your output. Incentive is good but basic pay is too low

1. You will build good relationships 2. Customer base is huge 2. Due to heavy work load you will be trained enough to work in any other bank easily.

1. Work life balance is poor 2. At a point you will feel that you might have joined sales instead of joining operations as you will be treated the same as some sales staff. 3. Job security is fine but what about transfers, the seniors constantly threatens to do.

There work experience is good with manager who supports all his colleagues equally and always take stands for their employees that's most important thing in the office and team was quite good, supportive and ambitious for their work and we use to do work hard.

Dislikes

There was continuously use of headset on head and login hour's of 9 Hr that was too tough to manage thousands of criterias for getting incentive which I really don't like.

Not Satisfied. Work Life and personal life. And there is no staff benifits. For simple things lot of pressures from higher authoritys.

Work Life and Office cultural. Within office politics from other staffs. Can't work long time in one branch repeatedly transferring to other branches when ever they need. Whatever they want work accordingly as managers and higher authority. And they wont give Leaves when you need and in emergency time also. I am i have peternity leave for 7days but they gave leave for 5 days. On high request they approved for 5 days only. Remain 2 days they wont agree to take. This is worrest thing. For My uncle death i asked emergency leave but he ashed me to give resignation and gave resignation and leaved the office for the day. HDFC BANK gives a personal touch to your work life. It brings the best person out of you and makes you more human. The people around are a joy to handle and the manage is quite pampering. Employees feel at home. There are good set of rules applied well but that doesn't come across humanity and treatment is fair and just.

Dislikes

Too much target oriented. Lesser skill development, lesser work force and larger tasks. With little more efforts in the right direction this could be the best bank worldwide.

Hdfc HR Responding is very poor. They are not caring or employee . They have no time to speak with employee . They are giving more importance mentor/product team than employee. Some seniors are using our power and promotes staff who is very close and their favour

Have very big customer base therefore always have scope of learning and also all round experience developed in this organisation.

This is the main problem with all the banks. WORKING HOURS. Working hour guidelines are not followed at any level.
