The scenario is here in HDFC, they are forcing us to join operations team and reducing our salary from 14lpa to 8.5lpa. While Infosys is offering 10.5lpa. What should I do as I think the in hand salary will be similar in both the companies. Worried about job security in Infosys.

HDFC Bank really a good platform for your future one and only if your boss is good person , because they mis use their power like anything and dig you in grave

Hr persons not at all taking care of the employees as managers mis using their powers and torturing the employees, HR's should interact with employees and ask their problems
