1. Team is rife with internal politics. Someone who has a good rapport with the boss gets the most accolades irrespective of the tasks completed. 2. The organisation isn't tech-savvy. Lot of problems in adjusting to new age tech. 3. Due to rampant cost saving behaviour, you have software that require renewal and these are the software you use to do your daily work! In the end, you end up with a pile load of work. 4. The respect for employees is zero. Just paying a big fat salary shouldn't be the indicator of employee happiness. Work life balance is horrible. You are expected to work late everyday as the work structure itself is in shambles. 5. Absence of work-timings. 6. Every next work is a priority work. 7. You have no role in decision making. 8. There is no special attention to paid to up-skill employees. 9. Rewards and recognition are very rare....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
