This is the main problem with all the banks. WORKING HOURS. Working hour guidelines are not followed at any level.

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

One of the worst bank to work for initially i think bank is not bad but people in bank who is work for hdfc is bad i think they only care about their business only once they get their business they will act like they never know you. HDFC bank is very worst and harm for family persons and any one who want to balance their work and personal life

Everything, specially my cluster head Bhumesh Kumar, he is one of the worst person I ever met in Banking Industry. Does not have manners to speak with staff and uses abusive words. And always bully the employees.

Managers and Senior management of Eastern India are extremely sick mined. They torture employees every day like any thing. They doesn't allow employees to leave office before 9.30 pm every day. Office Politics and Favouritism are in blood of HDFC Bank Managers / Sr. Management.

poor communication , only interact with sales staff and in drives almost equally targets are given to non sales .lack of career development , excessive workload ,poor work life balance and negative culture. Due to nearest branches presence the many staff not taking instruction of customer .they are sending as telling them this work will happens in big branch. but for target they al;low to do crores business but for services this all diverting to big branch. not getting time for simple talking to family as well while working.
