Male dominated culture. Too much bias , aggression and favouritism. Rules are bent to promote favorite people while deserving ones are sidelined. Toxic culture where bosses scolding subordinates only to prove authority is considered normal. Increments are extremely poor.

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

Legacy System, Higher management Vision issue for adoption of new technology. Too much dependency on Vendor. No Documentation and no clear direction. Senior People very reluctant to share knowledge and there is too much work required if you need any logic or understanding from any particular team.

As a bank it's great to work here but the management is very egoistic, they don't employee who does the work to grow but doesn't on their culture of bossing

The management is worst and very egoistic ' if you don't say good morning you are the worst person don't do anything and keep saying wow sir bring tea on the table and sit in the office untill boss is sitting If you finish your work on time leave on time then are not worthy

No as such dislike but I may be very few of them who is working with such low salary structure respect to my designation and responsibilities in my employer. Hope this will corrected shortly or else I have to look for options only for salary hike. Or it should be difficult to sustain with my regular normal expenses.

In between boss ask kya business hua...I told me baitha hu koi acha govt account open hoga ...bt no .. he said wapis aa. The officer said etna pressure hai aap p being branch manager.
