I wIll never disliked HDFC as a bank,but people makes an organization.So if your luck is good you will get a good understanding supervisor.In my case it was opposite.Compensation i received was at times below average,growth is slow as i was basically from operations .On an avg have to work 12-14hrs daily on working days .My supervisor did not value my unique strengths which mostly go unnoticed and therefore didnt provided good appraisals,but they understood at the last moment,but it was late.Job security is there unless you act mischeivious.Strong operations, audit ,risk and compliance team...Read More
