Whatever they want work accordingly as managers and higher authority. And they wont give Leaves when you need and in emergency time also. I am i have peternity leave for 7days but they gave leave for 5 days. On high request they approved for 5 days only. Remain 2 days they wont agree to take. This is worrest thing. For My uncle death i asked emergency leave but he ashed me to give resignation and gave resignation and leaved the office for the day. Employees feel at home. There are good set of rules applied well but that doesn't come across humanity and treatment is fair and just.

Too much target oriented. Lesser skill development, lesser work force and larger tasks. With little more efforts in the right direction this could be the best bank worldwide.
