Job security is the only positive side provided you are in line with management's decisions even if it's completely irrational and insensible

Dislikes

No work life balance. Everyday we work for close to 13 hours and even on weekends. If its a month end, we work through the weekend compulsorily for close to 12 to 13 days straight without any leaves in between which makes working extremely hectic. No proper compensation paid for the work we put in. Motto of the organisation is 'Workwithout expecting any benefits'. Employees are made to stay back with the company through ESOPs. For the amount of business, they do, every employee is made to work what 3 employees are supposed to do. Mid level and Senior managers are not open to take solutions for any of the operational bottleneck that exists from entry level trainees or assistant manager for that sake. Apart from this, appraisal is the worst ever compared to any other organisation that makes profits quarter after quarter(~ 2 to 3% for normal performers and ~4% for best performers). Career growth is very much restricted. Internal politics do exist and it has huge impact on how your growth trajectory inside the organisation is. Ok Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
