Too much work pressure. No backup if you are on leave. You have to start your work where you left before proceeding on leave. Always work is going in mind even though you are on leave.

HDFC is such a place where if an employee was covid positive, he/she was made to feel that he/she shouldn't have survived it. they are harassed by supervisors like Danish Khan and no body helps you out. Although Danish himself doesnt know about anything RBB but still keeps an ego with his team members and makes sure that they leave the organization. Plus he has the support of his supervisor, Ms Deepa, who blindly trust this guy. Even if you are performing and doing things right and ethically, one might not be liked by these guys and you end up resigning. PS- If you resign they'll harass. If you stay again they'll harass. If you switch to new organization, people like Danish Khan will give a fake feedback due to which one might loose another job. Shame HDFC have people like Danish Khan and supervisor like Deepa who just want to boost their own EGO. And amazing part is NO BODY HELPS YOU OUT EVEN IF YOU COMPLAINT TO HIGHER MANAGEMENT!...Read More

I'm fully unsatisfied with work culture in HDFC.... They will torture you like hell... Drained you emotionally, mentally.... Eod they will say you're not doing anything and feel you're good for nothing.... They'll not give you any sl or pl if you're needy.... Most importantly favouritsm culture.. If you're good in oiling or make affairs with supervisor then you can take unplanned leave or late coming early going or take pl before 10 days where you need to give request before 1 mnth.. Goodwill of HDFC Bank helps to drive Sales with ease but the after Sales services are poor bcoz of work load of employees they r having only one employee instead of 3 they should focus on it at least they should have more service staff as they have tons of queries everyday.

There is a big big staffing issue in every branch they must have to focus on old staff retaintion as new staff needs time to develop meanwhile it builds the pressure on old employee it increases the attrition this is the main concern of HDFC. Leads will be provided by Branch but at Hyd there is a big ambiguity as Branch have lesser targets for Lending due to Merger and You will not be removed immediately dats the beauty u can continue working but meanwhile u can clear ur Hk Items to be in line . They will remove u just like that. No hire n fire system.

No work culture, Operations n Credit is damn slow. RM is one man army which is wrong. U hav to beg every guy for your work to be completed . Salary satisfaction is minimum.
