Goodwill of HDFC Bank helps to drive Sales with ease but the after Sales services are poor bcoz of work load of employees they r having only one employee instead of 3 they should focus on it at least they should have more service staff as they have tons of queries everyday.

There is a big big staffing issue in every branch they must have to focus on old staff retaintion as new staff needs time to develop meanwhile it builds the pressure on old employee it increases the attrition this is the main concern of HDFC. Encouraging environment is just a favorite song of organization but theire is a gap of communication which make discouraging environment for new employees bcoz newbie needs to handhold atleast for few days as HDFC has deep and orthodox banking softwares....Read More

It does not have any transparency on promotion criteria, no uniformity of salary structure, vintage staff are not given due pay , promotions. HR has no roles or say when any staff asks for any query or requirement but says at the discretion of Cluster heads who never encourages except only flattering is done.

No as such dislike but I may be very few of them who is working with such low salary structure respect to my designation and responsibilities in my employer. In between boss ask kya business hua...I told me baitha hu koi acha govt account open hoga ...bt no .. he said wapis aa. The officer said etna pressure hai aap p being branch manager. Koi aukaat nhi es bank m work culture is worst
