There is no job security they hire employees and terminate them within 2months telling about performance no work ethics management is worst they don’t know how to handle employees …..the most of the agents working are retired old people who have crossed 60yrs or so there is no growth for youngsters even u perform well they will tellwe are not meeting there expectation compare us with the tenure old agents and then terminate and worst part is they terminate and ask employees to drop resignation ….would recommend people not to work here incase u work u urself will find too many valid reasons to quit bcz they create such situations...Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
