I wish to give a genuine review. Had a good onboarding and got the offer letter first three months Probation period after completing the probation period i got the appointment Order. During Interview when I got the offer from the HR, I clearly mentioned that I am going to start after 10 days as I am going Out Of Station. I mentioned this on behalf for the company as I dont waste company's expectation. HR didnt mentioned that they need immediate joiner. When I messaged HR about the company's policy after 2 days, he said that they have hired another person and kicked my offer. I tried to explain everything to them but he was on another attitude level. Basically they are just playing with employee's feelings and the company is completely unprofessional and unethical.
