I was excited to join as a Associate Software Engineer 2023 passout ,my training program experience is less than satisfactory.The training program was on Core java and difficulty level of exam seemed disapropriate to expectations set for entry-level positions.Unfortunately,this resulted in a significant numver of my peers failing toclear it and the company got 0 openings for developers only handful of peers got data engineers and testers rest all are offered communication and helpdesk roles. This deviation from the promised career path is disheartening,especially after rejecting other job pffers to join this company.I believe its crucial for prospective candidates to be aware of these challenges before making a decision....Read More

As a recent graduate,I advise caution to those considering this comapny.Despite being hired as Associate Software Engineers and Engineer trainee during 6 months of training program , only after 3 months of training few were offered as data enginners,testers rest as technical helpdesk and communication roles.I rejected other offers and I regret my decisions ,I recommend choosing a more established company with clearer career growth paths. They didn't offered any of my peers as a developer maybe there were no openings but told us that none among 250 students has performed up to the mark of our expectations.This is disheartening and really very disappointing and demotivating for a fresher....Read More
