Last time i face some problem even those they know what is my skill set but they ignore that skill set and they ask me to move development dept and learn #.net programming and work with development team in development project which is completely opp my skill set .

When i joined in HANU feel slightly challenging but after some days i learn all skills and i perform as they expect from me and even those team member and RM every time Guided me to learn new technology.

Worst place to work ever. Irresponsible management, I have seem people being fired for no reason. It's never recommended for experienced people,even for mid level. freshers can consider it. My tip: try to move in an year.
