It's a great place to start as a content writer. One of the founder gave helpful constructive feedback. You'll get to work with different clients in various industries.

Dislikes

Overworked, under paid and under appreciated. If you're starting out it's fine but this kind of work is unsustainable in the long term. Plus salaries were delayed for weeks and sometimes up to a month.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
