Am a female employee . Hr system is not good they dnt have any time to talk with us .. they will share employee name to managers when we post anonymous feedback to our company , this is so much ridiculous.. My manager always threatened me and give me pressure so that I can resign. For silly mistake and all manager always told me to resign.. I dnt know why after putting so many efforts and all my manager is saying this .. They are hiring freshers but they can't treat us properly. So many bad culture in East region...Read More
