In East Branch everything is in pathetic situation, Management is disaster, Unethical pressure, No control on market & channel, You have to adjust your full salary to do the numbers still it is tough. HR is puppet, Old employees are totally under paid here, no corrections made in pay packages, You have work in holidays or if you taken leaves then also you have to work or attend meetings, Channel conflicts is very high but Regional Head enjoying as his numbers are meeting. They threatening employees, putting them in PIP. Entire value system of Haleon is finished. Never ever dare to join here if you don't want to destroy your career, do not fall the trap of high CTC offerings, all are trap....Read More

I only have experience to work in East, & my experience is terrible. If u are favourite person to ur manager, then you only get respect over there. East branch has been controlled by only 2 to 3 persons. HR is rubbish. They are unable to provide proper work environment to their employees. Female employees are always getting humiliated by their managers. Mens are also getting threats from managers, like they will get PIP. There is no control in channel sales....Read More

Am a female employee . Hr system is not good they dnt have any time to talk with us .. they will share employee name to managers when we post anonymous feedback to our company , this is so much ridiculous.. My manager always threatened me and give me pressure so that I can resign. For silly mistake and all manager always told me to resign.. There are some mentally un-stable persons running this branch, the region head loves lobby culture along with manager of Bihar trade area and customer marketing manager along with HR makes a weekly call on pin pointing candidates for whom they want to give PIP or how to destroy their career. there are cases where executives are given threats of false court cases from HR when speaking the truth. the top management knows everything, but no one is bothered. if anyone wants to survive happily in this branch they have to be favorites of region head, bihar manager & customer marketing manager these 3 moreover hates bengali's. worst branch with highest number of PIP cases , no fair promotions , no development plans. market rates are worst in this branch....Read More

Product and brand acquisition infra management and new infra creation , known brand so relationship should be easy with subdealer and super distributer, network and channel learning.

Bossism culture is very high not cooperative and attrition rate very high due to bad working culture specially the name mentioned in the block (Jagdish kakade) very much politician and immature person don't have clarity of team handling so result should his team attrition rate is very high.
