In East Branch everything is in pathetic situation, Management is disaster, Unethical pressure, No control on market & channel, You have to adjust your full salary to do the numbers still it is tough. HR is puppet, Old employees are totally under paid here, no corrections made in pay packages, You have work in holidays or if you taken leaves then also you have to work or attend meetings, Channel conflicts is very high but Regional Head enjoying as his numbers are meeting. I only have experience to work in East, & my experience is terrible. If u are favourite person to ur manager, then you only get respect over there. East branch has been controlled by only 2 to 3 persons. HR is rubbish. They are unable to provide proper work environment to their employees. Female employees are always getting humiliated by their managers. Mens are also getting threats from managers, like they will get PIP. There is no control in channel sales....Read More
