How much does a Branch Commercial Excellence Manager (BCEM) in Zydus Wellness earn?

Dear all , I wanted to know what is the ideal salary range (CTC) of a branch commercial excellence manager (BCEM) at Zydus Wellness? Please help me understand the maximum salary offered to any candidate in this position. How many days of field working is expected from a Branch Commercial Excellence Manager in a month? And how is the work culture of Zydus Wellness regional offices? Are seniors in Zydus Wellness rude or are logical and listen to proposals / opinions of employees with interest ? Is there hybrid work culture or its always work from office ? And if not, why? Please guide on above 4 pointers. Faster response above pointers shall be very well appreciated.

As far as I know, the CTC range could vary based on experience and region, but I’ve heard it goes up to around 15-18 LPA for seasoned professionals. Anyone else can confirm?

Fieldwork expectations might depend on the branch size and targets. Typically, I’ve seen similar roles requiring around 10 - 15 days of fieldwork monthly. Can anyone from Zydus clarify?

Work from office culture seems to be the norm for Zydus. Maybe it’s due to the nature of the FMCG business. But yeah, hybrid would be great. What do you think?
