I am working in h&m last 8 years as a sales advisor no growth when you will go to Store just start clearing tiddy store close that's it no learning from management side if you take about culture day by bay going down now it's very pathetic condition no one is taking care if you take about h&m it's very good management made this culture. HR Mahsher is absolutely useless, he hired me but after that he never picked my calls or reverted on mails or texts. AVM Isha slept her way to higher position and is currently sleeping with a DM and for sure that DM will be promoted as SM soon. Ex area manager Kapil, he is obsessed with females wearing short dresses. SM Manju, she thinks she is ruling H&M because she is Kapil's favourite. She lacks manners and respect and is very rude to employees has hundred mis-behaviour complaints against her but will never be thrown out of the company.
