They won’t give appraisal, they give sweet poison to spoil your future as they don’t have work for any department except bpo sales, no learning no upskilling. Even if you are promoted to manager or sr. Manager or director you won’t get appraisal so forgot salary enjoy designation but no work or learning as per designation.
