Nothing much I can say it is a company for freshers who always have fun rather work. Salary credits on time.

1. Worst work culture. 2. TL's only support females. 3. Most of the TL's in the organization are not at all qualified for the role. 4. Most disgusting thing is HR team is unfit to solve employee problems. But they are pro at Friday fun. 5. Performer will never recognized in this organization. Non Performers will be enjoying in thecompany till they retire by doing slave jobs to TL, Manager's to secure thier job. 6. The process will be changed instantly whenever they want to fire the employee so there is no fixed policy for the employee and job guarantee all credits goes to GEI HR TEAM (DR. JOSE) head of the HR GEI. 7. No proper incentive plan for the employee to achieve. 8. And there are some teams I really don't understand why they come to the office. 9. Waste of time working here, it is a sole proprietorship. Group of leaders create there own rules for their favourite people. It is more like a Family business treat their employees badly no respect, rude behaviour even HR team is dumb. Everyone except Managing director, does these favouritism. Specially Canadian brands is full of shit, so manipulative they rob employees money by giving lame excuses. A company where HR team runs only when leadership says, HR team takes no action against behaviour issues of leaders and favouritism. Many employee are 100% sure that these issues never goes to Managing director's notice, it is all hidden. I would advise if GUS education india is reading this review then keep an Ombuds team (external team) to understand what employees have to say not these manipulative people. This company gives lots of mental pressure, you will not be able to balance work and personal life because management plays cheap tricks to trouble One employee, who is going to difficulty in personal life and they appreciate they favourite employees even if they do blunders.
