There is nothing to like if u work for German University. Tl and managers works like Leeches.

Nothing much I can say it is a company for freshers who always have fun rather work. Salary credits on time.

Dislikes

1. Worst work culture. 2. TL's only support females. 3. Most of the TL's in the organization are not at all qualified for the role. 4. Most disgusting thing is HR team is unfit to solve employee problems. But they are pro at Friday fun. 5. Performer will never recognized in this organization. Non Performers will be enjoying in thecompany till they retire by doing slave jobs to TL, Manager's to secure thier job. 6. The process will be changed instantly whenever they want to fire the employee so there is no fixed policy for the employee and job guarantee all credits goes to GEI HR TEAM (DR. JOSE) head of the HR GEI. 7. No proper incentive plan for the employee to achieve. 8. And there are some teams I really don't understand why they come to the office. 9.
