Managing director shashi has a good vision towards the company goals and he is trying his best to achieve in the best way possible, and even in terms of learning company is providing good learning programs which is useful for employee for his job role.

dress code , having a desktime which tracks the employee timings are one of the biggest flags along with that i have seen in most the teams managers are so micro managing and asking employess to provide a hourly tracker reports for them on what they are working , so my point is if the company spent good amount on this desktime tool,why do they need trackers again , and even work culture is so toxic and people are more bothered about other people's phonecalls and action which i felt that there is very poor work culture and i clearly felt as a bpo role when i have joined here...Read More

Lot of internal politics.
Too much of micro management by managers. Un matured behaviours by mid level managers towards their colleagues. Top management is least bothered about employee satisfaction despite working hard. Positive feedback’s are never considered instead employee will be targeted and demotivated. No career opportunities discussed- you do what we say otherwise you can leave.
