Gus education India LLP is pretty good but there is a process called UPES that is worst, so I request those who are going be interviewed, please ask the recruiter if they are been hired for UPES or different process.

Very bad office culture, my TL use to threat us if we don't work overtime by saying that you have a job because of him.. as company to they strech the working days without giving any benefits, there is no other upliftment.

Zero job security, as we were reminded that we could lose our jobs anytime, every single day. Total disconnect between what the head of the center says, and what happens at ground level. Management tries to take the upper hand and treats employee with minimal respect on a day to day basis. For such a small organization with so few people, compared to mncs, attrition level is super high on a monthly basis. People just stop coming, abscond or resign....Read More
