I got to learn a lot from here. Finding different ways to teach students poor in English and serving their basic needs (as they belong to underprivileged section)

Dislikes

Politics hampers things.I was a fresher and became a victim of it Though it was a great lesson for me.

Less work load, hygiene,repo between school management and teachers are good

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
