The management at this organization places an overwhelming amount of pressure on their teachers. The management itself is highly ineffective, as they require their teachers to perform numerous tasks such as translating, editing, conducting classes, animating, and working late hours. Their apps also don't work most of the time. Additionally, the HR department may reduce your pay without providing a valid reason. Freshers like me, in a corporate life, it is hard to adjust ourselves initially. So various negative thoughts may come. But with the support of academic staff, I could overcome it. Now everthing is normal with the proper academic working environment. The projects that the company is handling are mainly targetting the students of rural area, students from the govt schools. Providing them the best academic classes with animated 3D & 2D contents in their own regional language. I happy now to be part of this family who is doing hard to reach students of different MILs. There is a saying,'The more you work, the more you will learn'. Working here, one thing I must admit that we have learnt more than students. Genuinely we are improving our knowledge from Maths to Science, English to Assamese etc. and it rarely happens in other Ed-Tech companies where employees other than teachers even get the chance to learn a lot....Read More
