This is my first company and i love very much because it is located at coimbatore. Growth wise it is good, it is US based client so probably i should work in night shift. Initially am happy to work in Night shift, since total work culture is different. Company sponsored many allowances like cab, shift and incentive. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds . we work happily in collaboration. I also my communication has been developed . this is the main thing which i gained and educated myself. My confident level is strong compare to my previous life . Dislikes

Actually work pressure is very high. Because in month end and blackout days i have to work more than 15 hrs. Backup plan has not been happened. Always changing the allocation or process for the employees.

Work is easy as compared to other captive companies.

Dislikes

There is no ease to give work from home, leaves are also not allowed when you want. Feel burden when the other teammates take leave. Poor hiring due to which staff with poor skillset got hired in the company. There is a partiality from the higher management towards employees based on gender and designation.

Culture. No recognition or promotion for achievements.

Work is easy and manageable. There are not much challenges. And some days in the month we don't have much work.

Appraisal is terrible, no rewards and recognition for initiations we take, there is a long wait for promotions. Politics among teammates is too much. Freshers are given more priority than experienced employees. Newly hired get more payment than old employees. Salary revision not done on time. Once you get into night shift there is no way to get it changed. Also, no other company hire you easily if you are an experienced employee.
