The CEO of this organisation is enthusiastic but has no visibility or involvement in operations or management to see the reality on the ground and its challenges. Hire and fire. Not a single leader is visionary. Their only focus is cost cutting. No salary increments or promotions. Terrible work culture. HR non-existent. AVOID at all costs. This is a place where great ideas are rejected and only low-end mediocre work as part of BAU is done. Suggestions are not valued or respected.
