The best place to learn despite high work pressure. If u are willing to become a fast writer, this company suits. Because the pressure to deliver content will make you write fast. However the MD is a knowledgeable person whom you can rely if you want to learn. She is toooo good at research and a capable analyst.

Lack of job security. If they don't show performance, then immediate termination. Management roles are provided to those who can praise the management despite their poor practices. And the worst part, one who is not worth to act a manager is given such position which creates chaos. And management ppl do not speak about the issues.
