No proper planning for invoicing. No proper dispatch planning. No SOP. Too much work load and work pressure. Do not receive documents on time. Too much followup and reminders with inter office department. Vendor payment not released in time. Export team has to handle work related to export import finance. Have to handle both Export and Import shipments, no separate team for Export and Import. Cannot take long holiday coz of work load. Team streanth very less as compared to work load. No increment on time. Also have to coordinate with bank regarding export and import payments, which is work of account and finance....Read More
