SAFe Agile practitioned teams and workflows in daily basis. Manager is very supportive and helpful. Everybody is being heard among.

it has been 2 years in Guardian Life, still looking forward that the officials might migrate the New Software Engineers to have hands on different stack both UI and Backend, but I'm still assigned in unpopular backend stack, couldnt able to venture into many projects and teams yet.

As a junior developer we are being trained adequately, provding enough amount of development tickets to work on, and everybody has an ownership on a work they are doing.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

The teamwork is different and more enhancing under working in this lockdown. Being comfortable at home and working as per the timings and keeping up with the personal commitments is good. I like the way of sending gifts on special occasions to home.

The work life balance is not that good, its exceeding the work time and and the work consumes my Non-working hours.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
