As an engineer, you really love your work when you are being challenged and compensated well so both the earning and learning part is not there. Some leaders are narcissistic and arrogant. Focus more on marketing the work which they do rather than improving. The work timing is very horrible(Either from 1-10 or 12-9). Most of the teams waste lots of time in collaboration calls. Poor hike and salary increment. So much of politics and bad mounting about the US team. Most of the time you'll end up in some support project....Read More
