Role Overview:
As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - Offline Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to scale GNC India's offline business. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, P&L management, commercial coordination, and execution expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Expansion
- Develop and implement GTM strategies for new offline channels (GT, MT, Pharmacies, Specialty stores, etc.).
- Identify growth opportunities in offline retail and build strategic partnerships.
- Create channel-specific strategies to maximize reach and sales.
Trade & Pricing Strategy
- Design trade schemes & promotions to drive sales and retailer engagement.
- Optimize pricing strategy across offline channels to ensure competitive positioning.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend pricing adjustments.
Trade Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Develop offline trade marketing programs to increase brand visibility.
- Plan and execute in-store activations, POS materials, and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide marketing support and drive sell-out.
Sales Performance & Commercial Coordination
- Track offline sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and supply chain for commercial coordination.
- Manage P&L for offline channels, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
- Partner with finance to analyze margins and profitability.
- Coordinate with operations & logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Work with marketing teams to align brand messaging across channels.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience in offline sales strategy, trade marketing, or commercial roles (FMCG, health & wellness preferred).
- Strong understanding of GT, MT, and pharmacy channels.
- Hands-on experience in trade schemes, pricing strategy, and promotions.
- Strong analytical mindset with P&L understanding.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills.
