Team members are not helping new joiners they think person from other domain can work directly in support without knowledge of data flow and product knowledge and timing delivery is must even you are new to domain do don't get enough kt or debugging time to understand flow

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
