Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

I started my professional career with this organization and from my point of view this is the best organization i will ever get in future. All the colleagues are very kind and helpful no matter whether you work with them or not they are always ready to help. I don't think any other organization can give you the kind of job security as they can provide, like I was supposed to join the organization in month of july 2020 but due to covid i wasn't able to join and by the time i was loosing hope for the job they contacted me and told me that i don't have to take any pressure regarding the job, they also assured me that my job is secured with them and here i am working in the organization with a great team and team members to be clear they are not like just team members they are like family. I like everything in the organization whether its about work culture, job security, policies, etc., to describe the organization with few words is not possible for me no matter how much i say it will be less for the organization....Read More
