Horrible people and terrible culture in India office Gurgaon too much politics and very uncomfortable working, not right place for women. Not sure about America office because India office of Gurdian in Gurgaon never allow or promote employees for any post or profile for America.

Guardian Life is a very big company of America but Indian business partners had this company an unsecure place to work, no help or support for Management or HR. I am very disappointed with the management, they hire candidate by making false promises of position/ profile however, actual environment is totally opposite to place for complaining and pointless contacting or saying anyone.
