There is no work life balance. Toxic culture Finance team is one the worst team to work with. Puneet Bansal director of finance team thinks people are slave. He does not have any ethics values. He behave like hitler. Many written complaints are registered against him but nobody bothered in Management. He always pass very loose comments.

i'm noit in favor of 4 day WFO policy, especially when managers still except 24/7 availabilty. the salary increases seem to be capped at 1-3 lakhs, rather than percentge-based. Which mainly benefits only freshers over experienced employees. It's crucial to hire the right people with proper vetting.

1. One of the subordinate is rude and aggressive feels like he/she has a manager support and he/she can talk anything to anyone. 2. Few instances where such subordinate found arguing/disrespecting the senior on floor infront of entire team. Seems like he/she has no fear and has strong support from manager. 3. Favouritism at its peak. Not sure if manager is in some kind of personal relationship with that subordinate. He/she is getting full benefits whether it be wfh or leaves but other subordinates are asked questions like why wfh or leaves. 4. Dictatorship, politics, inefficient managers. 5. Senseless managers driving process at their own will/discretion. 6. Strong need to replace management with skilled and knowledgeable persons. 7. Discrimination One of the manager is coming post lunch everyday for years residing in GGN despite having morning shift and the other one is coming at 9 am even from 70 Kms.
