Salaries are excellent according to area, work culture is ok, Mere ko lagtaa tha ki kuch rules sakht hain Jaise ki mobile allowed nhi hai, but jab doosri company mein gya to samjha ki ye rule best hai worker phone par lage rehte hain kaam kam karte hain, from my opinion mobile should not be allowed during working hours in any company or office, it should be allowed as per requirement.
