It's not even a company, it's most likely a small group of friends running some freelancing projects and hiring and terminating people as per their own agenda. First, they make a contract that doesn't provide any job security. So if you are looking for an organization with constant employees and job security, this is not ideal for you. (as it's not even a company) yes, the founders will blame the employees if the clients are not happy with their overall work. (even if he/she has joined a month ago - you hear me right). Constant use of native language in official meetings which is not understood by other employees tells a lot about their openness towards diversity. They will speak something while discussing the offer and then, the actions will be far different from what is discussed. A lot of employees leave in a few months. So, don't join!...Read More
