After covid the management decisions are not up to the mark as there was no many job reduction from company in the name of cost effectiveness. Even employee started leaving their job and there where no retention from the management No promotion based on the performance as it goes based on experience.

A great work place. Good facilities. Transport is very good. Very good remuneration for fresher candidates.

Dislikes

Higher management is extremely incompetent. Zero accountability for their actions. No structure to how the organization should grow. Constant changes in targets based on personal whims create a lot of work place pressure. No appreciation for creative ideas unless the higher management thinks of it. No job security with poor recruitment and HR department is non existent. They invested big bucks on a Games room, but basic facilities like a sick bay and medicine are unavailable (even for female employees)....Read More
