Good Work culture, top management who are overseas at US frequently visit us to ensure the middle management follow all guidelines as per the main office which is something great. Everyone are treated equally

I dint have any negative points to add the days I stayed there with Groupon was one of the glorious moments in my life. I have many times regretted leaving that company.

Toxic work culture. They need robots and not humans. Management will never try to understand the problems of employees. Also favorism for chennai site. Banglore site is like their second wife. They will provide 1 day training and you have meet all tge targets from next day. Changing policy everyday.
