I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. They don't want you to be casual which signifies how formal and toxic is the culture. It is a completely autocratic company run by one mM from. If you are someone who loves a formal place with burden of work and no work-life balance, plus a toxic environment, feel free to join. Even the office is located in a very shady location. Strongly need to change the environment.
