Freshers get to learn a lot. All those with management are very helpful. Talking about salary , they have very good pay structure and the salary is on time. Also, we get to learn new language i.e (.NET, MVC, Knockout Js, Node Red, .NET Core and Jquery) and technologies. We have interac tion with clients via Calls, Mail writing etc ,this helps us to improve our communication skills. Joined as a fresher and over the years got ample of opportunities which helped me in achieving personal and professional goals. Over the past two decades the company has grown significantly which has also resulted growth of everyone associated with the company. Greytrix is for passionate people! Fresher’s are welcomed and provides ample of opportunities to grow within the organization. A well planned training program for fresher’s and mid-level employees helps them to remain up to date with the latest technology and they can excel in their own career paths. Com pany policies are friendly. New joining and promotions are purely on the basis of performance. Working environment is supportive, safe and comfortable. All religious, national festivals are celebrated and annual sports competitions are held. Salaries are paid on time. Even during a COVID pandemic there were no salary cuts, trainees were retained and even a new a batch of fresher’s were also added. Employees are not being treated properly. Management thinks as if they are very intelligent in everything and no one should do any errors. All work should be error free which is not really going to happen with us...Humans.. Management is not at all good. During work from home also, no f acilities provided. laptop, electricity, net expenses are to be borne by employee. Even if there is any issue with laptop, we have to bear the cost.
