Now its people driven company insted processs and seniors are making life hell of their subbordinates and HR department is in support to them. Serious isssues of POSH, toxic work culture, no job security, mental tourture. First they ask to do fake billing based on PO, and then they followup on advance payment on daily basis. If your manager don't like you he will put so much pressure and you will put your resignation.
