We are very happy to know that you appreciate and like the work culture here and it definitely gives a boost to the efforts we are putting in to ensure our team feels comfortable and motivated to work with us. However, we also agree that ‘ Compensation’’ is an important factor in keeping the team motivated. Have you considered discussing your salary revision with your reporting manager? If not, would suggest you do it candidly highlighting the dissatisfaction and deserved raise in the CTC in the next appraisal cycle. If your issue still remains unresolved, please do not hesitate to reach out to the management. We want all Greytippers to feel valued for their efforts and contributions.
