Please be assured that your efforts are valued and appreciated at Greytip. We do agree that sometimes there is more work pressure than the other usual days. However, if you feel you or any team member has to work extra hours almost daily; then it is definitely a point of concern. We will look at delegating tasks evenly and more efficiently so that no Greytipper feels overburdened and enjoys a good work-life balance and well-being.
